Bare-Metal Physical Hardware & Network
At RXCORP, we don't hide behind ambiguous marketing phrases. Here is the exact physical hardware powering your game servers, our network routing topology, and our strict non-overselling guarantee.
Active Production Node: FR-NODE-01
Physical Location: Bare-metal node located in France (European Union), interconnected through an encrypted private tunnel to our European public cloud front-end (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, EU).
Technical Commitments & Architecture
1. Zero Overselling Policy (1:1 Ratio)
Unlike budget game hosts that resell three times their physical RAM expecting inactive servers, we enforce strict 1:1 capacity. If a physical machine has 32 GB RAM, we never sell more than 30 GB, reserving 2 GB exclusively for host Linux OS stability.
2. Docker Container Isolation (cgroups v2)
Each game instance runs in an isolated OCI container managed by Pelican Wings. If a neighboring customer's mod experiences a memory leak or crash loop, your container resources remain completely untouched.
3. Game-Specific Anti-DDoS Shield (L3/L4/L7)
Denial-of-service attacks predominantly target UDP game protocol ports. Our hardware mitigation profiles automatically filter:
- Minecraft: malformed Server List Ping packets and flood handshakes.
- Source Engine (GMod): A2S_INFO query reflections and IP spoofing.
- FiveM: UDP saturations on CitizenFX port 30120.
- Assetto Corsa: telemetry socket floods and session hijacking.
4. Backup & Recovery Policy
Automated backups can be scheduled directly from Pelican Console according to your operational schedule:
- 1-click instant snapshots before updating mods or configs.
- Full unrestricted SFTP export for storing offline copies on your personal machine.
- Instant 1-click restore straight from the Pelican file manager.
Public 24/7 Monitoring
Node health, Pelican daemon status, payment gateways, and network round-trip latencies are checked every 60 seconds.
